IPSA community guidelines

Respectful behavior: We expect all participants and members to behave respectfully towards others, regardless of origin, culture, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other differences.

Tolerance and openness: Our initiative promotes tolerance and openness to different perspectives and lifestyles. We encourage participants and members to actively listen and learn from each other.

Cultural sensitivity: As participants and members of our internationally focused initiative, it's important to be aware of cultural diversity and respond sensitively. We encourage everyone to be open to new cultural experiences and to respect cultural differences.

Responsibility: Everyone is responsible for choosing their actions and words carefully to create a positive and supportive environment for all.

Confidentiality and privacy: We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our participants and members. Personal information or conversations should be treated confidentially and not shared without the person’s consent.

Constructive Communication: We encourage Constructive communication and the expression of opinions and ideas in a respectful way. Criticism should be constructive and respectful.

No discrimination or harassment: discrimination, harassment or any form of violence is not tolerated by our initiative. We follow a strict zero-tolerance policy against any kind of harassment, whether sexual, mobbing, discrimination or otherwise inapproriate behaviour. We take all reports of harassment seriously.

Community engangment: We encourage all participants and members to actively contribute. You can for example give constructive feedback, particapte in a networking event or contribute actively as a member of our initiative.
